About the Role

The Head of Growth and Lifecycle at Leapsome is a critical role that will drive the company's next stage of global expansion. As a key member of the Marketing Leadership Team, you will be responsible for architecting and leading the demand engine, focusing on Sales Accepted Opportunities (SAOs), qualified pipeline, and customer expansion revenue. You will work closely with the VP of Marketing to own the strategy and execution of the high-stakes demand engine. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and hands-on marketing leader with experience in building and scaling modern, AI-augmented growth engines.

The role is based in NYC or Berlin, and you will be working with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about making work fulfilling for everyone. Leapsome has secured $60 million in Series A funding, allowing the company to further develop its intelligent platform and expand into the US market. What You Will Do

  • Architect the AI-augmented Growth Engine: Reimagine marketing for the AI era by building automated, scalable growth loops across the entire tech stack to supercharge efficiency, velocity, and ROI.
  • Own the Revenue & Pipeline Mandate: Take full accountability for the predictable delivery of Sales Accepted Opportunities (SAOs) and qualified pipeline.
  • Design Market-Focused GTM: Lead go-to-market strategies tailored to SMB and Mid-Market segments, driving brand awareness and measurable revenue success in a competitive space.
  • Master the Full Buyer Journey: Bridge the gap between initial acquisition and customer expansion by building lifecycle programs that unlock upsell opportunities and drive long-term platform adoption.
  • Partner for GTM Excellence: Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align marketing initiatives with roadmap priorities.
  • Lead and Empower a High-Performance Team: Mentor and grow a high-performing team of growth experts, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
  • Develop and Execute the Demand Engine: Build and execute a demand generation strategy that drives qualified leads and converts them into customers.
  • Analyze and Optimize Performance: Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of the demand engine, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing the strategy accordingly.

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in a growth or marketing leadership role, with a focus on demand generation and pipeline growth.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and pipeline expansion in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment.
  • Strong understanding of GTM strategies, including market-focused approaches and AI-powered growth engines.
  • Experience with data analysis and performance optimization, including the use of tools like Excel.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to mentor and grow a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of the HR and people management space, with a focus on innovation and customer satisfaction.
