Job Description

About the Role

The Head of Growth at HyperGrowth Recruitment is a pivotal position that will own and lead the full-funnel growth strategy, spanning acquisition, conversion, and retention. This is a true build-and-scale role, requiring the ability to take fragmented growth activity and turn it into a structured, systemized, and predictable engine. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of how growth works across the business, connecting performance marketing, e-commerce, and CRM into one unified model.

As the Head of Growth, you will be responsible for driving improvements across conversion, average order value (AOV), retention, and lifetime value (LTV). Your day-to-day will involve reviewing performance across acquisition, site, and lifecycle, identifying inefficiencies and growth opportunities across the funnel, and running structured testing across creative, landing pages, and retention flows. You will work closely with the e-commerce and CRM teams to improve conversion and LTV, and lead weekly reporting and performance reviews with leadership.

What You Will Do

  • Own and lead the full-funnel growth strategy, including acquisition, conversion, and retention
  • Connect paid media, e-commerce, and CRM into one cohesive system
  • Identify and prioritize highest-impact growth levers across the funnel
  • Build and implement structured experimentation frameworks
  • Drive improvements across conversion, AOV, retention, and LTV
  • Own growth forecasting, reporting, and performance visibility across the funnel
  • Translate data into clear, actionable growth initiatives
  • Identify bottlenecks across the customer journey and remove them
  • Align cross-functional teams around shared growth objectives
  • Drive a culture of testing, iteration, and continuous improvement
  • Review performance across acquisition, site, and lifecycle
  • Identify inefficiencies and growth opportunities across the funnel
  • Run structured testing across creative, landing pages, and retention flows

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience scaling growth in a DTC or e-commerce business
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel growth, including acquisition, conversion, and retention
  • Experience working across performance marketing, CRO, and lifecycle
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into action
  • Experience building or working within experimentation frameworks
  • Strong commercial understanding of CAC, LTV, CVR, and AOV
  • Experience operating in high-growth, fast-paced environments
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally across marketing, product, and operations
  • Fluent in English, with German being a strong plus
  • Ability to think like an operator, not just a marketer
  • Experience bringing structure to fragmented processes
  • Ability to balance strategy and execution

  • Experience with CRM and e-commerce platforms
