Job Description

About the Role

The Head of Growth will lead the end-to-end adoption of AI trading agents, focusing on data-backed growth and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full acquisition funnel, from initial awareness to sustained active trading volume
  • Build and execute growth strategies across organic and paid channels
  • Develop content strategies centered around open-source skills and real-time trading data
  • Identify and activate high-value user segments, including perpetual traders and AI agent developers
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to optimize onboarding and retention flows
