What You Will Do

What We Are Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on growth marketing and digital channels
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex marketing concepts to non-marketing stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to inform marketing decisions
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems, including Marketo and Salesforce
- Knowledge of website analytics tools, including Google Analytics
- Experience with paid media channels, including Google Ads and Facebook Ads
- Strong understanding of customer needs and preferences, with experience using customer insight to inform marketing strategies

- Experience with agile marketing methodologies and tools, including Asana and Trello
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies, with experience creating and executing content marketing plans
