About the Role

The Head of Growth Marketing at Mercury will play a pivotal role in developing and executing a comprehensive growth strategy, driving customer acquisition, retention, and monetization. What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy that drives customer acquisition, retention, and monetization

What We Are Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience in growth marketing, with a strong track record of success in driving customer acquisition, retention, and monetization
  • Proven experience in leading high-performing marketing teams, with a strong ability to mentor and develop team members
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in marketing automation tools, such as Salesforce, and data analysis tools, such as Excel
  • Experience with PLG and self-serve acquisition, with a strong understanding of the principles and best practices that drive success in these areas
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the fintech industry and the competitive landscape
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop insights that inform the company's growth strategy
  • Experience with full-stack marketing tools, including customer data platforms, marketing automation tools, and data analysis tools
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve ambitious growth goals
