About the Role

The Head of Hiring and Training at 7 Brew Coffee is a pivotal position that requires a dynamic leader who can spearhead the company's hiring and training initiatives. This role is based in Tampa, Florida, and will be responsible for ensuring that all new hires are properly integrated into the company's culture and values. What You Will Do

  • Develop and implement comprehensive hiring strategies to attract top talent
  • Collaborate with HR to onboard new employees and ensure a seamless integration process
  • Design and deliver training programs that cater to the needs of various teams and departments
  • Assist in backfilling existing stands and support the development of new stands
  • Work closely with the Baller Manager to ensure consistent and correct training
  • Build processes within the training team to ensure quality and consistency
  • Foster a welcoming environment for new employees to learn and grow
  • Hand-select new team members who align with the company's culture and values
  • Hire and train 60-75 new brewistas for each new stand opening
  • Assist with regional backfilling and support the growth of existing stands

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in hiring and training, preferably in the hospitality or retail industry
  • Strong understanding of the company's mission, vision, and values
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
