About the Role

The Head of Influencer Marketing at STERRY will be the driving force behind the company's influencer and creator partnerships. This role requires a creative and results-driven individual who can own and scale the company's influencer marketing practice from the ground up. As the architect of the brand's voice within the creator economy, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between authentic content creation and strategic business goals.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the digital landscape and the ability to navigate the ever-changing world of social media. You will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of influencer campaigns, from strategy and discovery to negotiation, execution, and performance analysis.

What You Will Do

  • Define the strategy for the company's influencer marketing practice, designing frameworks, processes, and creative standards to guide growth
  • Cultivate high-impact creator relationships, developing and nurturing a diverse network of trusted influencers across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
  • Lead campaigns from concept to close, translating client goals into compelling briefs and delivering post-campaign analysis that demonstrates clear ROI
  • Build and mentor a team of influencer specialists, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous learning
  • Stay ahead of the curve, anticipating algorithm shifts, platform updates, and emerging trends, and adapting strategies accordingly
  • Drive measurable business outcomes, establishing clear KPIs and measuring performance against business goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align influencer marketing strategies with broader business objectives
  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and maximizing ROI

What We Are Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, with a substantial portion of that time spent within an agency environment
  • Demonstrated success in architecting and executing high-impact, cross-platform campaigns that resonate with audiences and deliver against strategic objectives
  • Leadership experience, with a proven track record of mentoring team members or managing projects
  • Strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to look at data, figure out what matters, and clearly explain how it connects to real business results
  • A solid network of creator relationships and the ability to negotiate partnerships that feel authentic, deliver value, and can grow over time
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and excited by the challenge of building something new
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
