About the Role

The Head of Interface COMP2 role is a senior leadership position that requires extensive experience in offshore execution, project management, and team leadership. As a key member of the Compression Interface & System Completion Division, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing overall guidance on commercial and physical interfaces. The role will involve close coordination with the Division Manager and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, preferably with a Bachelor of Science degree, and a minimum of 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a management position is also required. The candidate should be familiar with the procedures, rules, and regulations of Qatar, which will be an added advantage.

The role will involve working remotely, and the candidate should be comfortable with digital communication tools and technologies. The company is looking for a strong leader who can demonstrate exceptional project management skills, extensive knowledge of industry procedures, and the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the COMP2 interface team and provide overall guidance on commercial and physical interfaces
  • Coordinate with the Division Manager and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Manage and allocate resources to ensure project deliverables are met
  • Conduct regular progress meetings and report to stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and vendors
  • Ensure compliance with industry procedures, rules, and regulations
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure alignment and effective communication

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management position
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
