About the Role
The Head of Learning Solutions is a critical role at Andela, responsible for designing and delivering AI, cloud, and data learning solutions for enterprise clients. This role combines business acumen with a deep understanding of learning development, requiring candidates to think like a product leader and drive measurable client outcomes. As part of the Solutions organization, the successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Talent Operations, Delivery, Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing, to identify opportunities, design programs, and build commercial repeatability.The role is based in North America, but Andela is a remote-first company, offering flexibility and autonomy to its employees. As the Head of Learning Solutions, you will operate like a product leader, validating demand, designing for outcomes, packaging for scale, and iterating on data. You will start as an individual contributor, with scope to build a team as the vertical matures. What You Will Do
- Identify and validate enterprise learning opportunities through market research, competitive analysis, client engagement, and signals from Andela's Talent Network
- Design learning solution concepts targeting reskilling needs across AI/ML, cloud, data, and software engineering domains, with AI as the primary focus
- Build business cases, including market sizing, competitive positioning, pricing models, and revenue projections
- Lead proof-of-concept programs, demonstrating measurable learner outcomes and client ROI
- Present solution investment recommendations to cross-functional leadership
- Define curriculum architecture, assessment frameworks, hands-on lab architectures, and post-training co
- Work closely with key partners, such as GitHub, OpenAI, and Anthropic
- Team with a variety of cross-functional teams, including Talent Operations, Delivery, Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing
- Drive commercial repeatability and scalability of learning solutions
- Continuously iterate and improve learning solutions, based on data and feedback
What We Are Looking For
- Strong background in learning development, with expertise in AI, cloud, and data solutions
- Experience in designing and delivering learning programs, with a focus on enterprise clients
- Excellent business acumen, with the ability to drive commercial repeatability and scalability
- Strong understanding of the latest trends and technologies in AI, cloud, and data
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive measurable client outcomes
- Experience working with Excel and other data analysis tools
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
Nice to Have
- Experience working with GitHub, OpenAI, and Anthropic
- Knowledge of software engineering and development methodologies
- Experience working with data engineering and analytics tools
- Certification in learning development or a related field
