About the Role
The Head of Machine Learning at Hightouch will play a pivotal role in driving the company's AI strategy forward. What You Will Do
- Lead the development and execution of Hightouch's machine learning strategy, aligning with the company's overall business objectives
- Build and manage a high-performing team of machine learning engineers and researchers, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure their growth and success
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for machine learning applications and drive business growth
- Design and develop machine learning models and algorithms that can be applied to large datasets, driving predictive insights and personalized customer experiences
- Work closely with the product team to develop and launch new features and products, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry leaders
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and growth at Hightouch
- Lead the development of probabilistic identity resolution, content generation, and personalization and product recommendation models
- Build and manage the infrastructure to support model training and inference at scale
What We Are Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in machine learning, with a strong background in AI and data science
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business growth through machine learning applications
- Strong technical skills in machine learning, including model development, training, and deployment
- Experience with cloud-based data warehouses and databases, including Snowflake and Databricks
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong understanding of the marketing landscape and the role of machine learning in driving personalized customer experiences
- Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical challenges and drive innovative solutions
Nice to Have
- Experience with LLMs and agentic AI, with a strong understanding of their applications in marketing and growth
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools, such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with cloud-based machine learning platforms, including Google Cloud AI Platform and Amazon SageMaker
- Strong understanding of data privacy and security, with experience in ensuring the secure deployment of machine learning models
- Experience with DevOps practices, including continuous integration and continuous deployment
