## About the Role As the Head of Marketing at SpryPoint, you will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives pipeline growth and market awareness. Your expertise in demand generation, pipeline creation, and field marketing will be instrumental in shaping the company's marketing efforts. You will work closely with the CRO and other stakeholders to align marketing strategies with sales objectives, ensuring a cohesive approach to revenue growth.

Reporting to the CRO, you will be responsible for developing and managing the marketing budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and return on investment.
## What You Will Do - Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives pipeline growth and market awareness - Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance and mentorship to team members - Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives - Design and execute AI-assisted outbound campaign sequences, leveraging HubSpot and Salesforce - Own the development and execution of field marketing strategies, ensuring effective event planning and management - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing decisions - Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and return on investment - Analyze marketing metrics and adjust strategies accordingly, using data-driven insights to optimize marketing performance - Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the marketing team, encouraging experimentation and learning
## What We Are Looking For - 8+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with a proven track record of driving pipeline growth and market awareness - At least 3 years of experience in a director or senior director-level role, with pipeline accountability - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field - Strong working command of product marketing fundamentals, including demand generation and pipeline creation - Expert fluency in HubSpot, Salesforce, and marketing analytics tools - Proven experience operating in a lean team environment, with a strong people management track record - MBA or advanced degree a plus
## Nice to Have - Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and tactics - Familiarity with AI-assisted marketing tools and technologies - Knowledge of the utility CIS market, with a understanding of the industry's trends and challenges
