About the Role

The Head of Marketing will play a pivotal role in building and leading a high-performing marketing organization focused on driving measurable revenue growth. This is a high-impact leadership role that requires a unique blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution. As the marketing leader, you will own the company's go-to-market strategy, demand generation, brand positioning, content marketing, partnerships, events, and overall marketing performance.

What You Will Do

  • Build scalable demand generation initiatives that support revenue growth
  • Own marketing pipeline generation and performance metrics
  • Develop strategies across outbound, content, paid media, partnerships, and events
  • Create scalable lead generation systems that consistently produce qualified opportunities
  • Monitor marketing performance and optimize initiatives based on measurable business outcomes
  • Define the company's voice and market positioning
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality content, case studies, sales enablement materials, and thought leadership assets
  • Design and implement AI-powered workflows that improve marketing efficiency and scalability
  • Manage and optimize the marketing technology stack, including CRM and automation platforms

What We Are Looking For

  • 8+ years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership roles
  • Proven success building B2B demand generation programs that generated measurable pipeline and revenue
  • Experience leading marketing strategy within SaaS, technology, digital marketing, or agency environments
  • Strong understanding of AI-powered marketing workflows and automation
  • Experience managing marketing budgets, KPIs, forecasting, and revenue-focused initiatives
  • Advanced experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
  • Exceptional writing, messaging, and storytelling abilities

Nice to Have

  • Experience working within a performance marketing agency
  • Knowledge of TikTok Shop, social commerce, and creator ecosystems
  • Experience using Clay or similar prospecting and enrichment platforms
