About the Role
The Head of Marketing UK role at Bjak is a foundational leadership position that will define and execute the company's marketing strategy in the UK. This role is critical in driving user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across various channels. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to build and lead a high-performing marketing team from scratch, leveraging data and insights to refine strategy and execution.As a key member of the team, the Head of Marketing UK will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, design, data, and commercial, to align on business goals and drive impact. This role requires a strategic thinker who is also hands-on and able to execute with clarity and accountability.

What You Will Do
- Own and define the full marketing strategy for the UK market, aligned with global and SEA priorities
- Build, hire, and lead the UK marketing team from scratch, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and collaboration
- Drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across channels, including Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and CRM
- Lead cross-channel campaigns and own performance metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversion, retention, and LTV
- Establish and evolve Bjak's brand positioning and voice in the UK, ensuring consistency and impact across all marketing efforts
- Build and scale the content and creative engine, including landing pages, campaigns, video, and copy
- Manage agencies, freelancers, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality output and maximize ROI
- Partner with product, design, data, and commercial teams to align on business goals and drive growth
- Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new products and features, ensuring successful launches and adoption
- Continuously leverage data and insights to refine marketing strategy and execution, staying ahead of industry trends and competitor activity
What We Are Looking For
- 7-12 years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in strategy and execution
- Proven track record in scaling marketing efforts and driving measurable growth
- Strong expertise in performance marketing and full-funnel strategy
- Experience building or leading teams, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment
- Deep understanding of paid media, SEO, content, CRM, and analytics
- Strong data literacy and decision-making capability
- Experience managing budgets, agencies, and stakeholders
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
