About the Role
Maven Clinic is on a mission to revolutionize healthcare, and its member growth marketing team is at the forefront of this effort. As the Head of Member Growth Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive engagement, retention, and acquisition of members. This is a high-visibility role that requires a unique blend of digital marketing expertise, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem, including paid media, email marketing, and CRM. You will be expected to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies, leveraging this knowledge to inform marketing strategies and drive business growth.
You will be working closely with the product, engineering, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Your ability to communicate complex marketing concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be crucial to success in this role.
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies to drive member acquisition, retention, and engagement
- Lead a team of marketers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure their success
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and sales, to align marketing efforts with business objectives
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets to achieve maximum ROI
- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and vendors
- Create and present regular reports on marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with marketing campaigns and strategies
- Foster a culture of experimentation, testing, and continuous learning within the marketing team
What We Are Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, with a focus on digital channels
- Proven track record of success in driving member acquisition, retention, and engagement
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including paid media, email marketing, and CRM
- Experience leading and managing high-performing marketing teams
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, such as Marketo or Pardot
- Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
