About the Role
As the Head of Partner Account Management at KaiPod Learning, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our partner schools. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to support our partner schools, ensuring they have the resources and tools needed to thrive. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about education and have experience in partner account management.KaiPod Learning is a fast-growing company that operates a network of microschools across 21 states. We believe that every parent deserves the right to send their children to a school they love, and we are working to make that a reality. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional support to our partner schools, and we are looking for a talented individual to join our team.
What You Will Do
- Develop and implement strategies to support our partner schools
- Manage and analyze data using Excel to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and drive business results
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact partner schools
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partner schools and other stakeholders
- Provide coaching and guidance to partner schools to drive business growth and success
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve
- Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to ensure financial sustainability
- Hire, train, and manage a team of account managers to support partner schools
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and scalability
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and drive business results
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in partner account management or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience managing teams
- Ability to think strategically and drive business growth and success
- Experience in the education technology industry, preferably with microschools
- Strong understanding of market trends and competitor activity
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks
- Experience with budgeting and forecasting, with ability to manage financial sustainability
Nice to Have
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
- Knowledge of education technology industry, with understanding of microschooling model
- Experience with project management tools, such as Asana or Trello
- Certification in account management or a related field
- Experience with remote work, with ability to manage remote teams
