About the Role
The Head of Partnerships at Eupnea will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth through the development and maintenance of strategic partnerships. This role requires a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape, as well as the ability to navigate complex partnerships and drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will work closely with the consulting and other teams across the business to build and maintain partnerships with key organisations.The role is currently part-time, but depending on the candidate's ability to develop the partner ecosystem, it is likely to become full-time in the future. This presents a unique opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to make a significant impact on the company's growth and direction.
Eupnea is a boutique management consultancy with operations in London and India, providing management consulting services to businesses and utilising advanced technologies such as AI, cloud, and data management.
What You Will Do
- Develop a comprehensive strategy for developing partnerships that align with Eupnea's business goals and objectives
- Work closely with the consulting and other teams to build and maintain partnerships with key organisations
- Define and own a strong roadmap for the partner ecosystem that maximises revenue opportunities and provides strong support to business growth
- Identify partnership opportunities, engage with prospective partners, and negotiate new partnership agreements
- Develop plans to help Eupnea and its partners understand how to maximise the value of their partnerships
- Organise events with external partners and successfully identify and enter into beneficial joint ventures
- Be an evangelist of Eupnea's value in the partner ecosystem, both internally and externally
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement partnership strategies that drive business growth
- Analyse and report on the performance of partnerships, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
What We Are Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience in developing and managing partnerships, preferably in the digital marketing or management consulting space
- Proven experience in building partnerships and/or alliances from inception to advanced or strategic level with technology and other organisations
- A great understanding of the value of management consulting services to businesses and the use of advanced technologies for the implementation of consulting services
- Practical experience of management consulting services and/or advanced technologies in AI, cloud, and data management
- Fluency and experience in communicating at board/executive level and other levels
- A good understanding of relevant areas of knowledge such as ESG, SDGs, and CSR
- Experience working in a startup environment, preferable but not required
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively
Nice to Have
- Previous experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and technologies, such as Google Analytics or Adobe Marketing Cloud
- Certification in partnership management or a related field, such as a Certified Partnership Professional (CPP)
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development
