About the Role
The Head of Performance Marketing at LTV will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. This is a remote position that requires a high level of expertise in paid media, data analysis, and team management. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape and the ability to navigate complex data sets to inform marketing decisions.As a key member of the marketing team, the Head of Performance Marketing will work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives. This includes collaborating with the sales team to develop targeted campaigns, working with the product team to launch new features, and providing insights to the executive team to inform strategic decisions.
The role entails managing a team of performance marketers, providing guidance and support to ensure the team is equipped to meet their goals. The Head of Performance Marketing will also be responsible for managing budgets, tracking campaign performance, and identifying areas for optimization.
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across social media, search, and display advertising
- Conduct market research and analyze campaign performance data to inform future marketing strategies

What We Are Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on paid media and digital marketing
- Proven track record of success in managing and optimizing large-scale marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of data analysis and marketing metrics, including ROI, CPC, and conversion rates
- Experience managing and leading high-performing teams
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM software
- Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape, including social media, search, and display advertising
