About the Role
The Head of Pipeline Growth & Integrated Campaigns is a critical position at Unit21, tasked with developing and executing a comprehensive demand generation strategy. This role requires a deep understanding of pipeline management, campaign optimization, and revenue marketing. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive business growth and ensure alignment with company objectives.The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a talent for creative problem-solving, and a passion for leveraging data and AI to inform decision-making. What You Will Do
- Develop and execute Unit21's demand generation strategy, focusing on marketing-sourced pipeline and qualified meetings
- Maintain a live view of pipeline health across verticals, identifying risks and activating programs to close gaps
- Design and oversee integrated programs across paid channels, webinars, partner programs, and additional demand motions
- Manage a paid demand budget, allocating spend based on pipeline needs and using paid media strategically to accelerate underperforming segments
- Partner with Sales, RevOps, and Marketing leadership to improve forecasting discipline and optimize funnel conversion
- Use Salesforce, HubSpot, and broader funnel analytics to assess performance and communicate tradeoffs to executive stakeholders
- Lead and manage influencers, publishers, and third-party vendors, holding partners accountable to pipeline contribution
- Develop and test new demand motions, maintaining a balance between proven channels and experimental investments
- Represent the voice of pipeline performance in cross-functional planning, helping shape growth strategy through data and operational rigor
- Collaborate with the Product team to ensure alignment between demand generation and product roadmaps
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to continuously improve demand generation strategies
What We Are Looking For
- 6-10+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, revenue marketing, or pipeline generation roles
- Demonstrated ownership of pipeline and meeting targets, including forecasting coverage and activating programs to mitigate risk
- Strong integrated campaign management experience across paid media, partner programs, webinars, and multi-channel demand motions
- Revenue and data fluency, including deep comfort with Salesforce for funnel conversion analysis and attribution models
- Experience managing and optimizing meaningful paid demand budgets, with strong judgment on investment allocation
- Ability to operate strategically while staying close to execution, balancing proven performance levers with experimentation and learning
- Strong cross-functional partnership skills, particularly with Sales, RevOps, Marketing, and executive stakeholders
- Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where priorities shift and pipeline needs evolve quickly
- High levels of ownership, analytical rigor, curiosity, and hustle, with a bias toward action and measurable outcomes
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Economics, Analytics, or a related field
- Experience marketing into fraud, AML, compliance, or broader risk ecosystems
- Exposure to AI-driven demand generation, intent signals, or modern growth tooling
- Familiarity with structured approaches to forecasting, experimentation, and pipeline modeling
