About the Role

The Head of PR & Communications is a senior leader who will define how Directive's clients are perceived across PR, influencer, and organic social media. This role requires a deep understanding of B2B storytelling and the ability to build and operate a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Managing Director to operate Directive's communications division
  • Serve as a subject matter expert across PR, Influencer, and Organic Social
  • Manage the division P&L, including revenue targets, staffing models, utilization, and margin
  • Serve as the senior exec sponsor on communications accounts, delivering strategic counsel to C-suite and senior marketing stakeholders

Requirements

  • Deep subject matter expertise across PR, Influencer, and Organic Social
  • Ability to operationalize expertise into a high-performing team and great client results
  • Experience with Excel
