About the Role

The Head of PR & Communications will lead Directive's growing practice area, defining how clients are discoverable across PR, influencer, and organic social.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Managing Director to operate the communications division
  • Serve as a subject matter expert across PR, Influencer, and Organic Social
  • Manage the division P&L, including revenue targets and staffing models
  • Deliver strategic counsel to C-suite and senior marketing stakeholders

Requirements

  • Deep subject matter expertise across PR, Influencer, and Organic Social
  • Ability to operationalize expertise into a high-performing team and great client results
  • Proficiency in Excel
