Job Description
About the Role
As the Head of Product Design at Ethena Labs, you will lead the design strategy and vision while also taking on some Product Management responsibilities. This position is vital for enhancing the user experience in an evolving crypto landscape.Responsibilities
- Oversee design strategy and manage the design process
- Create high-fidelity designs, wireframes, prototypes, animations, and videos
- Collaborate with a team of product engineers to improve UI/UX
- Mentor the Senior Designer on the team
- Help the engineering team focus on core technical priorities by delivering user-centric features
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Lead or Head of Product Design role
- Strong background in creating user-centered designs
- Proficiency in Excel and design tools
Nice to Have
- Experience in the financial technology space is a plus
- Familiarity with crypto and digital asset products
