About the Role
The Head of Product Management at Adswerve is a strategic leadership role that requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills. As a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders, this individual will drive revenue growth, build high-performing teams, and develop comprehensive product and solutions roadmaps. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the industry, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to synthesize complex inputs into compelling strategic narratives.Day-to-day, this role entails working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive the company's product vision and strategy forward. The Head of Product Management will also spend time in the market, serving as a Solutions Subject Matter Expert (SME) and actively pitching new business with the sales team.

What You Will Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive product and solutions roadmaps, aligned with the company's overall strategy and goals
- Conduct a thorough assessment of existing products, services, capabilities, solutions, and development methods to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
- Lead the continuous assessment and prioritization of the product portfolio, ensuring it meets evolving market and business needs
- Publish the product roadmap to the wider company, driving internal alignment and ensuring all teams understand the evolving product offerings
- Develop a comprehensive Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, working closely with the Marketing team to provide input into sales materials, PR strategy, and positioning
- Work alongside HR to develop a comprehensive training curriculum for the company, ensuring all teams understand the evolving product offerings
- Serve as a Solutions SME, spending time in the market and actively pitching new business with the Sales team
- Partner with Customer Success (CS) to grow existing client accounts and drive expansion
- Collaborate with key internal partners, including TS, Analytics, Ops, AI teams, and sales teams, to drive the company's product vision and strategy forward
What We Are Looking For
- 15+ years of experience in a product or solutions leadership role, with a proven track record of success in fast-paced, enterprise-focused environments
- Deep technical expertise combined with business acumen and a strong analytical mindset
- Experience working with C-level executives, bringing technology solutions to solve business challenges
- Bachelor's degree required or equivalent professional experience
- Strong understanding of the industry, competitive landscape, and ability to guide long-term strategy
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams, driving revenue growth and delivering results-driven solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present to diverse audiences
- Experience with GTM strategy and product development, with a strong understanding of the sales process and customer needs
