About the Role
The Head of Product Marketing at Float is a pivotal role, responsible for leading the function that helps customers understand, adopt, and derive value from Float's multi-product platform. This role entails developing and executing product marketing strategies across the full customer journey, from acquisition to retention. The successful candidate will report to the SVP GTM Strategy & Marketing and lead a team spanning product marketing, lifecycle marketing, and customer marketing.As a key member of the marketing team, the Head of Product Marketing will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Customer Success. The role's primary objective is to refine Float's product narrative, strengthen adoption across the customer lifecycle, and enable more effective communication and delivery of the platform's value.

What You Will Do
- Develop and execute product marketing strategies to drive adoption and customer value across Float's multi-product platform
- Refine Float's positioning and messaging to clearly communicate the platform's value proposition to target audiences
- Build pre- and post-sale programs to improve product adoption and customer retention
- Partner with the Product team on launches, readiness, and activation to ensure successful product introductions
- Equip Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams with effective messaging, playbooks, collateral, and activation tools
- Develop customer programs such as advocacy and advisory motions to strengthen product adoption and the commercial flywheel
- Utilize data, experimentation, and customer insights to evolve positioning and lifecycle marketing strategies
- Lead and manage a team of product marketers, lifecycle marketers, and customer marketers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product marketing strategies with business objectives
What We Are Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the fintech or SaaS industries
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies
- Strong understanding of GTM strategy and launch planning
- Experience in managing and leading high-performing marketing teams
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with data-driven marketing and customer insights
