About the Role
The Head of Revenue and Growth will play a critical role in driving the success of PointHealth AI, a portfolio company of super{set}. This role entails leading the development and execution of a scalable revenue model, defining the go-to-market approach, and building a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of growing revenue in the healthcare industry, with a deep understanding of the complex sales environment and the ability to navigate multiple stakeholders.As a key member of the early-stage building crew, the Head of Revenue and Growth will work closely with the founding team to shape the company's strategy and direction. This role requires a unique blend of sales, strategy, and technical expertise, as well as the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and partners.
The success of PointHealth AI depends on the ability to convert its innovative model into deep adoption within provider systems, earning trust and driving revenue growth. The Head of Revenue and Growth will be responsible for making this vision a reality, working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a high degree of autonomy.
What You Will Do
- Manage end-to-end sales to clinics, hospitals, and physician groups
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers, covering everything from sourcing to qualification and closing
- Guide deals through complex, multi-stakeholder environments involving doctors, operations, administration, and IT
- Drive deals from first conversation to signed contract and subsequent expansion
- Maintain clinical trust while reducing time-to-close to achieve real, repeatable revenue growth
- Identify specific clinical and operational value points to focus efforts where the product delivers maximum impact
- Establish clear standards for deal quality, timelines, and outcomes while tracking adoption and expansion across providers
- Translate sales conversations into actionable product and roadmap inputs, identifying patterns that block or convert
- Own messaging grounded in real clinical outcomes and economic value
- Drive demand through both direct and partner-led channels
- Build and own revenue forecasts tied to pipeline data while tracking unit economics and deal health
What We Are Looking For
- Direct experience selling to healthcare providers (doctors, hospitals, clinics) and a track record of growing revenue
- Proven ability to build or operate within early-stage or ambiguous environments
- Strong ability to close deals personally
- Ability to navigate complex sales environments and build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders
- Deep understanding of the healthcare industry and the challenges faced by providers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a high degree of autonomy
