What You Will Do
- Own and improve core sales KPIs, including booked revenue, call numbers, and show-up rate
- Diagnose performance gaps across the sales funnel and identify areas for improvement
- Establish forecasting discipline and pipeline visibility
- Audit and redesign the full sales process to improve efficiency and conversion
- Standardize sales workflows, scripts, and best practices
- Build repeatable systems for lead routing, follow-up, and pipeline management
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales contractors to achieve their full potential
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Coaching teams to align sales strategy with company goals
- Define what 'great' looks like on a sales call and improve discovery quality, objection handling, and offer alignment
- Ensure ethical, high-integrity sales practices aligned with customer outcomes
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in leading sales teams
- Strong background in sales strategy, team management, and HubSpot and Excel proficiency
- Excellent communication and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement
- Strong understanding of the sales process and the ability to design and implement effective sales systems
- Experience with CRM systems, including HubSpot
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Nice to Have
- Experience in the land investing or real estate industry
- Certification in sales or marketing, such as HubSpot Sales Certification
- Experience with sales enablement tools, such as call recording and analytics software
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and how they relate to sales
