About the Role
We're seeking a dynamic Head of Supply Chain and Operations to lead our end-to-end operational ecosystem. The ideal candidate is analytical, execution-focused, and passionate about building high-performing teams that support sustainable, data-driven growth.Responsibilities
- Develop accurate reordering forecasts in collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain optimal inventory levels and on-time deliveries
- Lead strategic inventory planning and forecasting to support growth across all marketplaces
- Coordinate end-to-end shipments with suppliers, carriers, and warehouses
- Monitor shipment cycles to ensure pickup-to-delivery timelines are met
Requirements
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets is required
- Experience in supply chain management, logistics, and procurement
