The Head of Viral Growth at Success Matcher is a cornerstone position designed to spearhead the company's organic acquisition engine, capitalizing on the explosive potential of viral content across multiple consumer brands. What You Will Do
- Own and develop the end-to-end UGC and organic growth ecosystem across multiple brands.
- Build, manage, and optimize creator acquisition, influencer partnerships, content pipelines, and distribution networks.
- Develop and scale short-form video content strategies across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and emerging social media platforms.
- Lead and implement systems for creative testing, performance analysis, and optimization to continually enhance the viral growth engine.
- Identify, analyze, and systematically replicate viral content patterns to drive consistent growth.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with creators, meme pages, community partners, and distribution channels.
- Drive engagement strategies across comments, shares, tags, direct messages, and community interactions to maximize brand presence.
- Implement and manage AI-assisted workflows to increase content velocity and performance, ensuring the team stays at the forefront of technology and trends.
- Collaborate closely with the executive leadership team to align organic growth strategies with overall company objectives.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on the latest trends in viral marketing, social media, and consumer behavior.
What We Are Looking For
- A minimum of 4+ years of experience in viral social media, creator marketing, organic growth, UGC, or related fields.
- Proven track record of scaling social channels, creator programs, or viral content initiatives, with measurable impact on brand growth and engagement.
- Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and short-form content ecosystems, including their respective algorithms and best practices.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in using data to guide creative decisions, optimize campaigns, and measure success.
