About the Role
As a Healthcare Recruiter at Mosaic Health, you will play a critical role in managing full-cycle recruiting across various business functions. You will partner closely with hiring managers to identify, attract, and hire top talent, developing effective sourcing strategies and managing candidate pipelines. Your exceptional organizational and communication skills will enable you to deliver a high-quality candidate experience, ensuring seamless interactions between candidates and interview teams.The Healthcare Recruiter role is part of the Talent Acquisition team, reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition. You will work collaboratively with business leaders and stakeholders to understand business needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles. Your data-driven approach and passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences will make you a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process.

What You Will Do
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from intake to offer acceptance and onboarding handoff
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified and diverse talent
- Conduct candidate sourcing through job boards, professional networks, referrals, social media, and direct outreach
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment
- Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and interview teams
- Manage offer development and negotiation in partnership with hiring managers and Human Resources
- Serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers on recruiting best practices, market trends, and talent availability
- Provide guidance on interview techniques, candidate evaluation, and hiring decisions
- Build strong relationships with business leaders and stakeholders across the organization
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in the healthcare sector
- Strong understanding of Excel and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Knowledge of recruiting best practices, market trends, and talent availability
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting software
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Human Resources, Business, or Communications
- Certification in recruiting or a related field (e.g., SHRM, HRCI)
