About the Role

What You Will Do

• Accurately evaluate and annotate large volumes of text and audio data in Hebrew for linguistic quality, accuracy, clarity, and cultural appropriateness.
• Identify and categorize grammatical errors, syntactic issues, semantic inconsistencies, transcription errors, and inappropriate or non-native phrasing.
• Ensure that the linguistic data adheres to project-specific guidelines and high-quality standards.
• Document and report linguistic issues and trends, providing clear, constructive feedback to improve the overall language model performance.
• Collaborate with the development team to implement changes and improvements to the language models.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the linguistic and cultural nuances of the Hebrew language.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI, NLP, and language technology.
• Participate in team meetings and discussions to share knowledge and expertise.
• Contribute to the development of best practices and guidelines for linguistic data evaluation and annotation.

What We Are Looking For

• Native-level fluency in Hebrew, with a strong understanding of the language's syntax, semantics, and cultural context.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, with a preferred background in Linguistics, Hebrew Language Studies, Translation, or a related field.
• Proven experience in evaluating and improving linguistic data, with a strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of AI, NLP, and language technology, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex linguistic issues and develop creative solutions.
• Experience with data annotation and evaluation tools, with a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with AI and NLP projects, with a deep understanding of the latest developments and trends in the field.
• Knowledge of other languages, particularly those relevant to the AI project, such as Arabic, English, or French.
