About the Role

As a High-Velocity Account Executive at Leapsome, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding the company's customer base. You will be responsible for managing high-velocity sales cycles, building strong relationships with customers, and identifying new business opportunities. The High-Velocity Account Executive role is part of Leapsome's sales team, which is dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including RevOps, to ensure seamless sales processes and optimal customer outcomes.

What You Will Do

  • Own the full sales cycle for high-velocity customers, from initial contact to closed deal
  • Manage a high volume of sales opportunities efficiently, using a semi-automated and structured process
  • Build trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders, tailoring your approach to each customer's unique context
  • Prioritize effectively to focus on deals most likely to close and bring long-term value
  • Collaborate with RevOps to continuously improve the sales process, using data and feedback to work smarter and boost win rates
  • Maintain a clean pipeline with accurate forecasting, CRM hygiene, and clear timelines
  • Contribute to smooth initial implementation for new customers
  • Get involved in cross-functional projects that align with your interests and support your growth
  • Become a product and industry expert to guide customers with a consultative, value-driven approach
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments
  • Provide regular sales updates and insights to the sales team and leadership

What We Are Looking For

  • 2-3 years of experience in a sales role, ideally in B2B SaaS or a client-facing position
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, processes, and best practices
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Experience with CRM software, sales automation tools, and data analysis platforms

  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand customer needs and provide value-driven solutions
