About the Role
As a High-Velocity Account Executive at Leapsome, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding the company's customer base. You will be responsible for managing high-velocity sales cycles, building strong relationships with customers, and identifying new business opportunities. What You Will Do
- Own the full sales cycle for high-velocity customers, from initial contact to closed deal
- Manage a high volume of sales opportunities efficiently, using a semi-automated and structured process
- Build trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders, tailoring your approach to each customer's unique context
- Prioritize effectively to focus on deals most likely to close and bring long-term value
- Collaborate with RevOps to continuously improve the sales process, using data and feedback to work smarter and boost win rates
- Maintain a clean pipeline with accurate forecasting, CRM hygiene, and clear timelines
- Contribute to smooth initial implementation for new customers
- Get involved in cross-functional projects that align with your interests and support your growth
- Become a product and industry expert to guide customers with a consultative, value-driven approach
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments
- Provide regular sales updates and insights to the sales team and leadership
What We Are Looking For
- 2-3 years of experience in a sales role, ideally in B2B SaaS or a client-facing position
- Strong understanding of sales principles, processes, and best practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Experience with CRM software, sales automation tools, and data analysis platforms
- Passion for technology, innovation, and customer-centric sales approaches
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand customer needs and provide value-driven solutions
- Experience working in the HR tech space or a related industry is a plus
