About the Role

As a House Cleaner at Tucked & Tidy, you will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning services to homes in Somerville, NJ, and surrounding areas. This full-time, year-round position offers a unique opportunity to work with a supportive team and take pride in delivering high-quality results. You will be working in a dynamic environment, with a focus on attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

The role entails working Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with no nights or weekends required. You will be provided with paid training, clear systems, and organized schedules to ensure your success. What You Will Do

  • Clean and organize homes, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and shared living spaces
  • Use detailed checklists and proven methods to ensure high-quality results

What We Are Looking For

  • A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with current insurance
  • Ability to bend, kneel, and lift up to 20 lbs regularly
  • Fluency in spoken and written English (no translation apps)
  • Live within 30 minutes (or 20 miles) of Somerville, NJ
  • Reliable, punctual, and motivated, with a strong focus on attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
  • Ability to adapt to last-minute changes and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience in cleaning or a related field (not required but preferred)
