What You Will Do

• Prepare and maintain guest rooms to a high standard, ready to welcome every arrival
• Keep shared spaces clean, organized, and inviting throughout the day
• Work closely with your team and other departments, keeping communication clear and positive
• Spot and report any maintenance or safety issues
• Ensure that all rooms are stocked with the necessary amenities and supplies
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the housekeeping department
• Assist with deep cleaning projects as needed
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Maintain the high standards of Kabannas, ensuring that every guest has a memorable stay

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, consistent, and punctual
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 25kg)
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel management systems
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

• Previous experience working in a hotel or hospitality environment
