What You Will Do
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing documents and reports
- Manage digital files and maintain accurate records
- Assist with recruitment and hiring processes, including scheduling interviews and coordinating travel arrangements
- Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees
- Assist with benefits administration, including health insurance and retirement plans
- Provide excellent customer service to employees and external stakeholders
- Develop and distribute HR-related materials, such as employee handbooks and policy updates
- Assist with compliance and regulatory issues, including reporting and record-keeping
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in an HR administrative role, preferably in a remote setting
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Experience with HR software and systems, such as HRIS and payroll platforms
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
