  • Oversee the maintenance of employee records and HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Assist in the offboarding process, including exit interviews and finalizing necessary documentation.
  • Support the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and other perks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws, conducting regular audits and updates as necessary.
  • Assist in planning and executing team-building events and activities to foster a positive company culture.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement HR projects, including performance reviews and training programs.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support HR decision-making, using HR software and data management tools.
