About the Role

The HR Analyst position at Red Bull is a critical role that supports the HR Manager in all areas of HR administration, including recruitment, training, and employee relations. As an HR Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of HR systems, managing employee data, and providing advice and guidance to employees and managers on HR-related matters. You will be part of a dynamic team that values innovation, collaboration, and results-driven performance.

The role is based in Mexico and will require strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Spanish. You will need to be highly organized, able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail. What You Will Do

  • Provide advice and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including employment contracts, benefits, and performance management
  • Manage HR administration, including onboarding, terminations, and employee data management
  • Support the recruitment process, including setting up interviews and coordinating with hiring managers
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies, including data privacy and confidentiality
  • Manage benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries
  • Work closely with the payroll specialist to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
  • Support the annual salary review process by providing input and reporting
  • Develop and maintain HR reports and analytics to support business decisions
  • Collaborate with other functions, including Finance and Operations, to drive business success

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR roles, including generalist, administrative, or analytical positions
  • Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal
  • Strong business orientation and analytical mindset, with the ability to work with data and systems daily
  • Generalist HR knowledge, including labor relations, benefits, payroll basics, and compliance
  • Clear and direct communication style, with the ability to give feedback without generating conflict
  • High adaptability and openness to change in a fast-moving environment
  • Experience working with HR systems, including SAP

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in a global company or multinational environment
  • Knowledge of Mexican employment legislation and regulations
  • Certification in HR, such as SHRM or HRCI
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with fluency in English and Spanish
