What You Will Do
- Assist in posting job listings across various platforms to attract top talent
- Screen incoming applications, ensuring they meet the requirements for open positions
- Schedule interviews and coordinate communication with candidates, maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential employee records within the HR system
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including document collection and ensuring compliance with company policies
- Process HR paperwork, such as offer letters, contracts, and policy acknowledgments
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits, time off, and HR policies, providing clear and concise information
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR initiatives and projects
- Conduct background checks and credit screenings as part of the pre-employment process
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on the latest HR practices and technologies
What We Are Looking For
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information
- Familiarity with HR tools or ATS platforms; willingness to learn and adapt to new systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
