What You Will Do

What We Are Looking For
- Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science, HR Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in HR, preferably in the IT or BPO industry.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident in handling sensitive information and communicating effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Above-average English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Expert skills in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with recruitment software and HR management systems is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
