About the Role

The HR Business Partner role at ELVTR is a strategic position that requires a business-minded professional to drive performance, engagement, and growth. As a key member of the HR team, you will work closely with managers and team leads to strengthen team effectiveness, improve performance, and resolve complex people matters. With a strong focus on data-driven decision-making, you will analyze HR metrics and translate data into actionable insights and business recommendations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of performance management and employee motivation principles, as well as excellent communication skills to effectively partner with managers and employees at all levels. You will be responsible for owning and driving the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding and performance management to development, retention, and offboarding.

What You Will Do

  • Own and drive the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding and performance management to development, retention, and offboarding
  • Conduct regular 1:1 check-ins to monitor engagement, well-being, and performance, proactively identifying and addressing risks
  • Partner closely with Department Heads and Team Leads to strengthen team effectiveness, improve performance, and resolve complex people matters
  • Lead and support leadership and team development initiatives to build strong managerial capability
  • Analyze HR metrics and translate data into actionable insights and business recommendations
  • Support compensation and performance review processes, ensuring fairness, consistency, and alignment with business goals
  • Continuously improve and optimize HR processes, frameworks, and internal policies
  • Contribute to strategic HR initiatives and cross-functional projects supporting organizational growth and scaling
  • Utilize Excel to analyze and present HR data and metrics
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the organization's goals, objectives, and key performance indicators

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience as an Senior HR Generalist, HR Manager, HR People Partner, or in a similar HR role
  • Fluent English proficiency
  • Hands-on experience managing the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, probation, performance reviews, retention, offboarding)
  • Strong understanding of performance management and employee motivation principles
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively partner with managers and employees at all levels
  • Confidence working with HR data, metrics, and reports, with the ability to make informed decisions based on insights
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a high level of responsibility and ownership
  • Experience with Excel and other HR software and tools

Nice to Have

  • Coaching or mentoring experience
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • Knowledge of Ukrainian labor laws and regulations
  • Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) and other HR technology
