  • Shape high-performing, resilient teams and evolve people programs to increase organizational effectiveness
  • Anticipate and act fast to identify challenges and deliver lasting solutions
  • Lead change that matters, driving organizational changes with empathy, clarity, and rigor

What We Are Looking For

  • Multipliers who create impact, skilled at giving candid feedback with care and building leadership capabilities across organizations
  • Scrappy problem-solving skills, using sound judgment to diagnose challenges, test creative solutions, and chart a path forward without a playbook
  • Change leadership skills, bringing steadiness, empathy, and influence in moments of ambiguity or transition
  • High integrity, known for discretion, fairness, and trustworthiness when the stakes are high
  • Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
