What You Will Do

  • Lead organizations in achieving people objectives, including talent attraction, hiring, onboarding, development, and retention.
  • Influence business and talent initiatives that support short and long-term goals, focusing on practices that enable high performance and operational excellence.
  • Communicate effectively with leadership and employees, providing coaching and guidance on performance management and employee productivity.
  • Engage in strategic workforce planning, assessing organizational capabilities, identifying competency gaps, and ensuring the development of people resources.
  • Develop comprehensive People Plans that translate business needs into actionable strategies.
  • Provide organizational development support through interventions such as organization design, development solutions, leadership coaching, and change management.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring excellent customer service and support.
  • Process and maintain client HR data, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, and compliance requirements.

What We Are Looking For

  • 4-8 years of HR experience as a People Operations Specialist and/or HR Generalist across various industries and scales.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely to employees at all levels.
  • Strong proficiency with cutting-edge technology, including HR software, Google Suite, and productivity tools like Slack and Asana.
  • Experience with AI tools relevant to the HR role, with a willingness to grow fluency as the technology evolves.
  • Ability to work in dynamic and challenging environments, applying passion for process development and refinement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive efficiency and excellence in people operations.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with workforce planning and organizational design.
  • Knowledge of current and future business needs, with the ability to translate these into comprehensive People Plans.
  • Familiarity with change management principles and practices.
  • Certification in HR, such as SHRM-CP or PHR.
