Reporting into this role will be critical, as it involves working closely with Oakheed's team to contribute to the growth strategy, business development, and operational execution of the company. What You Will Do
- Contribute to the execution of client projects covering people strategy development, culture diagnostics, talent acquisition, talent management, organizational development, employee engagement, compensation & benefits, HR technology, and other key areas of HR management.
- Conduct research and benchmarking, preparing exceptional analysis, reports, and deliverables that meet the high standards of Oakheed and its clients.
- Develop frameworks, tools, and policies tailored to client needs, ensuring these are aligned with best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions, ensuring compliance in all client engagements.
- Contribute top-notch knowledge and expertise to address a broad range of client issues, leveraging your HR expertise to drive impactful solutions.
- Engage in the full life cycle of client engagement, including pitch development, project scoping, pricing, and client management, to deliver high-quality services that meet client needs.
- Develop new business relationships through networking, referrals, and various forms of branding activities, contributing to the growth strategy of Oakheed.
- Participate in the development and execution of Oakheed's growth strategy, business development, and operational execution, bringing your HR expertise to inform business decisions.
What We Are Looking For
- A Human Resource professional with 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with extensive knowledge in Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, HR Strategy, Compensation & Benefits, Organizational Design & Transformation, Learning & Development, and Leadership & Succession Planning.
- Strong background in developing and executing HR programs and initiatives, with experience in consulting or project-based HR work being highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, research, and document development skills, with the ability to work independently and thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to foster strong relationships with client groups and build camaraderie within the team across different locations.
- Experience in a high-growth environment, with the ability to be proactive, take initiative, and demonstrate exceptional networking skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and manage relationships effectively, exercising sound judgment and making decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
- High level of integrity and dependability, with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.

- Experience with HR technology and software, including HRIS systems and other relevant tools.
