What You Will Do

What We Are Looking For

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR generalist role, preferably in a tech or software company
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and regulations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems, including HRIS
