- Support a wide range of HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract changes, and leavers.
- Prepare offer letters, contracts, and other HR documents, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Keep HR systems and employee records up to date, maintaining data integrity and compliance with company policies.
- Support onboarding and induction processes for new starters, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Assist with minute-taking when needed, maintaining clear and concise records of meetings and discussions.
- Work closely with the wider HR team to deliver a consistent and supportive service, contributing to the development of HR processes and procedures.
- Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives, helping to drive business objectives and improve employee engagement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.
- Stay up to date with changes in employment law and HR best practices, applying this knowledge to improve HR processes and procedures.
- Strong organisational skills and great attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- A professional and discreet approach when handling confidential information, maintaining data integrity and compliance with company policies.
- Good communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships with employees, managers, and external partners.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
