About the Role
The HR Intern at Cohere will play a critical role in the company's HR operations, specifically in the implementation of Rippling HRIS. This project aims to streamline processes, improve data accuracy, and enhance the employee experience across the organization. As an HR Intern, you will work closely with the HR and IT teams to ensure the success of this project. The role entails day-to-day tasks such as data management, process documentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for auditing and cleaning existing HR data, structuring and documenting HR processes and workflows, and identifying and resolving data discrepancies. - Assist in auditing and cleaning existing HR data to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Help structure and document HR processes and workflows for Rippling
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify and resolve data discrepancies
- Support testing and validation of the Rippling system post-implementation
- Develop and maintain documentation of HR processes and procedures
- Provide support for HR-related queries and issues
- Assist in the development of training materials for HR systems and processes
- Participate in meetings and discussions with the HR and IT teams to ensure effective collaboration
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HRIS implementation and data management
What We Are Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines without compromising on quality
- Experience with data organization, documentation, or structured workflows
- A degree in Information Science, Library Science, HR, or a related field (preferred but not required)
- Familiarity with HR processes or HRIS systems (preferred but not required)
