## About the Role As an HR Recruiter at Project X, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring the best talent to drive business success. This remote position offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team, leveraging your expertise in recruiting strategies, relationship building, and Excel to make a tangible impact. You will be part of the People & HR department, reporting to Senior Management, and will work closely with various stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and preferences.

You will be responsible for crafting and implementing effective recruiting strategies, leveraging social media and databases to source top candidates, and building strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs. ## What You Will Do - Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent - Source candidates through databases, social media, and headhunting techniques - Craft recruiting emails and job postings to attract passive candidates - Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs - Evaluate resumes and applications, and match them with vacancies - Conduct interviews with candidates via phone, video, and in-person - Prepare CVs and correspondence to forward to clients regarding suitable applicants - Request references and check the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client - Organize interviews for candidates as requested by the client - Create a shortlist of candidates for clients - Send job offer emails and answer queries about responsibilities, compensation, and benefits - Negotiate salary and other arrangements with clients and candidates - Offer advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, agreements, training, and career progression - Review recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programs
## What We Are Looking For - 5+ years of proven experience in recruiting - Relevant degree in HR Management - Additional HR trainings - Strong Excel skills - Experience with applicant tracking and recruitment marketing software - Excellent communication and sales skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Strong judgment and sound ethical principles - Collaborative spirit and ability to work with cross-functional teams - Knowledge of employer branding techniques - Understanding of sourcing through databases and social media
