## About the Role The HR Services Advisor role at Safeguard Global is a key position that involves coordinating daily activities between the business, In-Country Experts, clients, and workers to ensure the effective onboarding of new workers and their successful integration throughout the employment lifecycle. This role is pivotal in providing HR services to employees located in Sweden, requiring a deep understanding of Swedish labor and employment legislation. The HR Services Advisor will be the main point of contact for HR-related inquiries throughout the worker lifecycle, ensuring successful onboarding for new workers and supporting the delivery of HR processes, including handbooks, policies, and procedures. This role also includes supporting Embedded clients and HR Consulting clients, necessitating the ability to develop innovative solutions that cater to sales and client needs.

## What You Will Do - Act as the main point of contact for HR-related inquiries throughout the worker lifecycle.
- Ensure successful onboarding for new workers and coordinate them through the employment end-to-end process.
- Support the delivery of HR processes, including handbooks, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure legal compliance in all aspects of HR operations, particularly focusing on Swedish labor law.
- Assist in developing and maintaining various employment contracts.
- Collaborate with the HR Services Manager on complex HR projects and issues.
- Contribute to offboarding processes, including voluntary and involuntary exits and retirements.
- Collaborate with associated benefit providers to ensure legally compliant benefit packages for workers.
- Offer support in payroll-related tasks as needed.
- Provide upfront knowledge to mitigate risks and proactively address potential HR issues.
- Good knowledge of Swedish labor and employment legislation.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in Swedish and English.
- Exposure to employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, leave management, etc.).
- Experience working in a global or matrixed organization.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of other European labor laws or international employment standards.
- Certification in HR, such as SHRM or CIPD.
- Experience with remote or hybrid work environments.
- Familiarity with other HR tools or software beyond Salesforce and Excel.
