About the Role

The HR Talent Management Partner II role is a critical component of The Standard's HR team, responsible for supporting the execution of employee and leadership development programs. This role requires a deep understanding of talent management principles, program design, and operational excellence. What You Will Do

  • Support and improve program operations and processes for talent development initiatives
  • Coordinate program logistics and communications with employees and vendors
  • Track and analyze program metrics and effectiveness
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and experience
  • Manage event coordination and program delivery logistics
  • Partner closely with program owners to translate program design into efficient, scalable processes
  • Ensure a seamless experience for participants
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and vendors
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent management and program coordination

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in talent management, human resources, or program management
  • Experience in customer service, event coordination, operations, office administration, or project management
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate diverse activities to meet deadlines
  • Strong business writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
  • Collaboration and partnership-building skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Experience with Adjust and Excel

Nice to Have

  • Certification in talent management or human resources
  • Experience with program management software and tools
  • Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design principles
