About the Role

The HR Transformation Program Manager will play a critical role in leading high-visibility strategic initiatives focused on people programs and enterprise transformation at NearSource Technologies. This is a 100% remote position based in Canada, requiring a professional with a strong background in program management and the ability to work effectively in a distributed team environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving cross-functional program execution, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring the successful implementation of initiatives impacting HR and organizational operations.

As a key member of the team, the HR Transformation Program Manager will work closely with senior leadership to define program scope, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics for high-impact initiatives. This will involve coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, driving progress across multiple workstreams, and establishing clear milestones and responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading complex strategic programs or enterprise initiatives, with a strong ability to communicate program insights and progress to senior leadership.

What You Will Do

  • Lead end-to-end execution of strategic programs aligned with enterprise people and organizational priorities
  • Define program scope, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics for high-impact initiatives
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and drive progress across multiple workstreams
  • Establish clear milestones, assign responsibilities, and monitor program execution against defined objectives
  • Deliver concise program updates, insights, and progress reports to senior leadership
  • Connect program initiatives with broader organizational priorities and parallel initiatives
  • Drive stakeholder alignment and influence outcomes without direct authority
  • Lead change management efforts supporting program rollout, adoption, and process implementation
  • Identify program risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to maintain delivery momentum
  • Support strategic planning and portfolio coordination within the People Programs and Portfolio organization

What We Are Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience leading complex strategic programs or enterprise initiatives
  • Proven experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders across organizations
  • Strong program management capabilities, including planning, tracking, and reporting
  • Ability to communicate program insights and progress to senior leadership
  • Experience managing high-visibility initiatives with measurable organizational impact
  • Strong decision-making skills and ability to connect initiatives to broader business priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to drive outcomes through influence rather than direct authority
  • Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
  • Strong digital skills, including proficiency in program management tools and software
