About the Role
The HRIS Analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing Human Resources Information Systems to support HR operations and business objectives.Responsibilities
- Configure the system to meet ongoing business needs
- Generate data analytics reports to support HR functions
- Maintain data integrity and accuracy in alignment with organizational standards and applicable regulations
- Maintain system compliance with data security and privacy requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve difficult system problems encountered by end users
- Work on project/matters in a support role as directed by manager or senior team members
