About the Role

Ramp is seeking an experienced HRIS Manager to support the rollout and optimization of their new HRIS system. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the system is fully implemented, data is accurate and reliable, and processes are scalable and well-adopted across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the rollout of new HRIS modules, partnering with HR, Finance, IT, and business leaders
  • Configure and optimize existing modules to improve usability, adoption, and process alignment
  • Ensure employees, managers, and HR teams are properly trained and supported in using new functionality
  • Drive structured implementation plans, documentation, and change management efforts
  • Audit historical data and lead the migration of remaining legacy data into the new HRIS
  • Establish and document data governance standards and ownership
